01Our Commitment to Fair Play
At Ludo Battle, every match must be won on skill alone. This Fair Play Policy describes the standards every player is expected to follow, the technical and human safeguards we operate behind the scenes, and the consequences of any attempt to cheat or gain an unfair advantage.
02Certified Random Dice
All dice rolls on Ludo Battle are generated by a cryptographically secure Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by a recognised testing laboratory.
- Dice outcomes are generated on our secure servers, never on your device — making them impossible to manipulate from a modified client.
- Every roll is timestamped and logged for audit. Independent verification reports are issued periodically.
- The probability distribution of dice values is uniform and equal across all players in every match.
03Anti-Cheat Systems
Our multi-layered anti-cheat infrastructure includes:
- Behavioural analytics that flag statistically improbable patterns of play;
- Device fingerprinting to detect emulators, rooted devices, and account-sharing;
- Server-side game logic — every move is validated by our servers, so client-side tampering cannot alter outcomes;
- Network analysis to detect IP overlaps, VPN abuse, and coordinated behaviour;
- Manual review of flagged accounts by our Fair Play team.
04Prohibited Behaviour
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties up to and including permanent account termination:
- Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automation software;
- Modifying, decompiling, or tampering with the Ludo Battle client;
- Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us;
- Coaching during a match through external voice or text channels in a way that materially affects play;
- Intentionally disconnecting to avoid a loss ("ragequitting") repeatedly;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players in chat or by username.
05Collusion & Multi-Accounting
Collusion means two or more players coordinating their play — for example, deliberately losing tokens to a partner, or sharing live game information through any external channel — to defraud honest opponents or the platform.
Multi-accounting means a single individual operating more than one Ludo Battle account, including via family members, friends, or fake KYC.
Both are zero-tolerance violations. Detected accounts and any associated balances will be frozen pending investigation. Confirmed cases result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.
06Bots, Hacks & Modified Clients
Our servers continuously monitor for non-human input patterns, abnormal click timing, and the use of unauthorised software. Any account confirmed to be using automated play, modified APKs, memory-editors, or game-hacking tools will be:
- Immediately suspended;
- Have all winnings reversed to affected opponents;
- Have remaining wallet balance forfeited;
- Be permanently banned from future registration.
07Fair Matchmaking
Our matchmaking algorithm pairs players based on:
- Selected stake / entry fee;
- Skill rating derived from historical performance;
- Player availability and queue time.
We do not match new players against high-rated veterans at stake levels that disadvantage them. We do not insert bots or "house players" into real-money matches — every opponent you face on Ludo Battle is a verified human player.
08Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and history of the violation, consequences may include:
- Warning: First-time minor infractions;
- Temporary suspension: 24 hours to 30 days, plus reversal of disputed winnings;
- Permanent ban: For cheating, fraud, collusion, or repeat violations;
- Forfeiture of balance: Wallet funds may be frozen and forfeited where gained through prohibited means;
- Legal action: Where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
09Reporting Misconduct
If you suspect another player of cheating or breaching these rules:
- Tap the player's profile in the post-match screen and select Report;
- Choose a category (collusion, bot use, abuse, etc.) and add details;
- Or email fairplay@ludobattle.com with match ID and a description.
All reports are reviewed confidentially within 48 hours. False or malicious reports may themselves trigger a fair-play review.
10Account Reviews & Appeals
If your account has been restricted or banned, you may submit an appeal within 30 days to appeals@ludobattle.com, including:
- Your registered mobile number and username;
- The action taken and its reference number;
- Any evidence or explanation you wish us to consider.
Appeals are reviewed by a Fair Play officer not involved in the original decision and resolved within 7 business days.
