01Our Commitment

Ludo is, and always has been, a game enjoyed with family and friends. Ludo Battle's promise is to keep that spirit alive — entertainment first, every time. This policy describes the protections we build into the Service and the tools we offer to help you keep play fun, healthy, and within your means.

02Strictly 18+

Ludo Battle is intended exclusively for players who are 18 years of age or older. We verify age through KYC checks at registration, and we will close any account where evidence comes to light that the holder is below 18. If you are a parent who has discovered that a minor has accessed the Service, please contact us at responsible@ludobattle.com and we will immediately close the account and refund any unused balance to the registered payment instrument.

03Play With Skill, Not Stakes You Can't Afford

Ludo Battle is a game of skill, but skill never guarantees a win in any single match. Please follow these simple principles:

  • Only play with money you can afford to lose. Treat entry fees as the cost of entertainment, not as an investment;
  • Set a budget before you play and stick to it;
  • Take regular breaks. Long sessions impair judgement;
  • Never chase losses. Trying to "win back" what you've lost is the single biggest predictor of harmful play;
  • Don't play under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or strong emotion;
  • Keep play in balance with work, family, and other interests.

04Player Protection Tools

Inside the Ludo Battle app, under Profile → Responsible Gaming, you can set free, self-managed limits:

  • Daily deposit limit — caps the amount you can add to your wallet in any 24-hour period;
  • Weekly / monthly deposit limit — caps deposits over a 7-day or 30-day window;
  • Session reminder — sends an alert after a set period of continuous play;
  • Loss limit — pauses paid play once a set loss threshold is reached in a period;
  • Cool-off period — temporarily locks paid play for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Increases to any limit take effect only after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.

05Self-Exclusion

If at any time you decide to stop playing for an extended period or permanently, you can use our self-exclusion tool:

  • Temporary self-exclusion: 1, 3, or 6 months;
  • Permanent self-exclusion: Your account is closed and you will not be able to re-register using the same KYC identity.

Self-exclusion is irreversible during its term. Any balance in your wallet at the time of exclusion will be refunded to your verified bank account.

To self-exclude, go to Profile → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or email responsible@ludobattle.com.

06Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

If any of the following sound familiar, it may be time to take a break and seek support:

  • You play longer or stake more than you originally intended;
  • You feel restless or irritable when you're not playing;
  • You hide the extent of your play from family or friends;
  • You borrow money or sell possessions to play;
  • You play to escape stress or low mood;
  • Your play is causing problems at work, in your relationships, or with your finances;
  • You have tried to cut down and been unable to.
You are not alone

Recognising any of these signs is a strong, courageous first step. Help is available, confidential, and effective.
