This Privacy Policy explains how Ludo Battle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Ludo Battle", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Ludo Battle mobile application, the ludobattle.com website, and our related services (the "Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

02Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information: Full legal name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender (optional), profile picture, username.
  • KYC documents: PAN, Aadhaar (last four digits only, where applicable), driving licence or passport, selfie for liveness verification.
  • Financial information: Bank account details, UPI ID, partial card details (we never store full card numbers or CVVs).
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team, survey responses, and feedback.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information.
  • Gameplay data: Matches played, entries, results, in-game purchases, wallet transactions, and behavioural metrics for fair-play analysis.
  • Usage data: App version, session duration, screens viewed, features used, crash logs.
  • Location data: Approximate location (derived from IP) for compliance with state-level gaming regulations. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit permission.

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your Ludo Battle account and verify your identity (KYC);
  • To process deposits, withdrawals, payouts, and tax deductions;
  • To match you with other players, run tournaments, and operate the Service;

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to:

  • Comply with our legal obligations (typically 7–8 years for financial and tax records under Indian law);
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
  • Maintain audit trails for anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering purposes.

When data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

Ludo Battle is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will promptly investigate and delete it.

10International Data Transfers

Your personal data is primarily stored and processed on servers located in India. In limited circumstances (e.g. global analytics or customer-support tooling) we may transfer data to service providers in other jurisdictions, subject to appropriate safeguards and compliance with applicable cross-border transfer rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by in-app notification, email, or a prominent notice on the Service before they take effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
