01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ludo Battle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Ludo Battle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Ludo Battle", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Ludo Battle mobile application, the ludobattle.com website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Fair Play Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

02Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use Ludo Battle, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which the use of real-money skill-based gaming applications is permitted by law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any state or territory where participation in real-money online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

03Your Account & KYC

To play cash games, tournaments, or withdraw winnings, you must register an account and complete our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, PAN, and a government-issued photo identification;
• Maintain only one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account;
• Notify us immediately at support@ludobattle.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that fails verification.

04Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems, or interfere with any other player's enjoyment of the Service.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Ludo Battle application on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for accessing the Service in compliance with these Terms.

05Real-Money Gaming Rules

Ludo Battle is a game of skill. Outcomes are determined by a combination of strategic decision-making, dice physics, and player choices. Random number generation for dice rolls is performed by an independently certified RNG.

• Each match has a defined entry fee, prize pool, and rule-set displayed before you join.
• By entering a paid match, you authorise the deduction of the entry fee from your deposit balance.
• Winners receive payouts net of any applicable platform fees and government-mandated taxes (including TDS where applicable).
• All match results are final once recorded on our servers, subject to our Fair Play review process.

06Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

Deposits. You may deposit funds into your Ludo Battle wallet via UPI, debit card, net banking, or other supported payment methods. Deposits are typically credited instantly. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply.

Withdrawals. Winnings may be withdrawn to a verified bank account or UPI ID linked to your KYC-verified identity. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours, subject to verification checks. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Platform Fees. Ludo Battle charges a transparent platform fee on each paid match, disclosed before entry. We do not charge any fee for depositing or withdrawing funds.

Taxes. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is applied on net winnings in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961. You are responsible for any other taxes that may be applicable on your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.

07Tournaments & Promotions

From time to time we may offer tournaments, contests, leaderboards, bonus codes, referral rewards, and other promotions, each governed by additional terms made available at the point of entry. Promotional credits and bonuses:

• Have no cash value until wagering or playthrough conditions are met;
• May expire after the promotional period if not used;
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted;
• May be forfeited in the event of suspected abuse, bonus-hunting, or breach of these Terms.

08Prohibited Conduct

When using Ludo Battle, you must not, and must not attempt to:

• Use any bot, script, automation tool, modified client, emulator, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collude with other players, share account access, or engage in chip-dumping;
• Create, control, or play from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting");
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Engage in money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or evasion of tax obligations;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate any other player or our staff;
• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content via the Service.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement.

09Intellectual Property

All content, software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, sound effects, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Ludo Battle and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

"Ludo Battle", the Ludo Battle logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Ludo Battle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

10Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at our reasonable discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. In such cases we will, where lawful and reasonable, notify you and explain the reason.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@ludobattle.com. Following closure, any verified winnings will be remitted to your registered bank account in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Real-money gaming carries financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the amounts you stake, and you agree to play within your means.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ludo Battle, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount of platform fees paid by you to us during that period, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ludo Battle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (iv) any content you submit to the Service.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter not subject to arbitration.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to you by in-app notification, email, or a notice on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
